Finally.... a new post!

Wow.... what a couple of months!!

I have been sooooo busy it's been ridiculous!  I've been beavering away on lots of new commissions for lots of different people and i cannot unfortunately share any of this with you as it's still work in progress.

Last week i finally got chance to start work on some new collections for my agent and yes, it's that time of year again.... Christmas!  Not my favourite area to do but i'm quite happy with my new designs, some of which are previewed below.  

Everyday Card Designs

I've been cramming in a few new everyday card designs recently before i have to start working on Xmas patterns.  Everyone loves a graphic floral!

Phew...what a month!!

It's been a month since my last post and to be honest i don't know where the time has gone! In between turning 30 (yikes!), been burgled (buggers) and coping with pregnancy/chasing after my 2 year old simultaneously, I have been busy working on some top secret exciting commissions and producing lots of new work for the upcoming Printsource show.  

Here is a preview of one of my collections which will be at the show with my agent from Pink Light Designs.

New Samples

I love seeing finished samples of my work after it has sold and so i was super excited this week when i received these card samples in the post from my agent.  On sale now on the Barnardo's website.

New Collection

Here's a sneak peak of a new collection i've been working on for my lovely agent at Pink Light Designs.  I've called it Woodland Walk and it combines all my favourite things to draw including birds, trees and flowers! 

Making Magazine

June's issue of the beautiful Making magazine is available to buy now and as a dedicated paper issue, i was commissioned to create a cake box using the stunning paper and card stock from Inspire Me Papers (www.inspiremepapers.co.uk).  

I decided to go for a vintage theme incorporating birds, butterflies and flowers and used the words 'Eat Me' from Alice in Wonderland - just a shame i can't bake anything scrummy enough to go inside!!

Royal Wedding

Tomorrow is the day of William and Kate's BIG day and I am feeling all patriotric and very English.... I thought i would post these Union Jack LOVE inspired designs i did..... i am sooooo excited!

EASTER DESIGNS

With Easter just around the corner I thought i'd post a couple of card designs I did a while back..... I love the bunny - i am really pleased with how he turned out!

New Everyday Florals

During the sunny weather we had (which has now disappeared again!), i started these summery floral designs for my agent to take to Surtex in May.  I am really pleased with how they have turned out - hope you like them too!

Well SPRING at least....My washing is currently drying outside on the line for the first time this year!!! I've posted this bright happy floral design i created a while back to celebrate the sunshine!

Here's a peak of a new pattern i have been working on-i don't usually use blues and green in my designs as i am OBSESSED with PINK but i thought i should give it a go and i am quite happy with the results!
